Invest Assurance LLC (dba FixitCoach) offers an Execution Reward Payment: a discretionary, effort-based fee credit through which a client can earn back up to fifty percent (50%) of total fees paid. The Execution Reward Payment is calculated each week from the client's Execution Score — a measure of the client's own effort and consistency in carrying out the agreed coaching plan — and is not a measure of, or contingent upon, any business result. The more consistently the client executes, the greater the payment, up to a cumulative maximum of fifty percent (50%) of total fees paid across the engagement. It is not a money-back guarantee, a results guarantee, a refund contingent on achieving any goal, an investment, or a return on investment. The Execution Reward Payment does not apply for any week in which an Execution Score cannot be calculated from the client's data, fees for that period are not paid in full, or which falls after the agreed engagement period. Full terms — including the No Guarantee of Results provision (Section 5), which controls — are set out in the client's Coaching Agreement.
